Wine Review: This deep yellow colored Ice Wine from Inniskillin was extremely popular with the Tasting Panel. You can truly see why this offering is on several dessert wine menus. It opens with a fragrant apricot bouquet with a hint of nectarine pit, honey and orange peel. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, nicely balanced, lush and viscous. The flavor profile is a delicious apricot and honey blend with notes of pineapple and orange marmalade. The finish is pleasantly sweet and lasts for a while.
