Wine Review: The 2016 Indaba Sauvignon Blanc is a great deal at its price point! Light in body, pale straw in color, the bouquet opens with inviting tropical fruits such as pineapple, lime and cantaloupe. I also detected hints of honey. The crisp, robust and slightly tart palate includes pineapple, lemon and lime, hints of tangerine and herbs with nice lively acidity. The finish is dry with notes of black pepper that fade away nicely. I would pair this South African Sauvignon Blanc with Shrimp Pad Thai. - Joe
