Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc from South Africa opens with a fragrant lime and grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, balanced and very approachable. The flavor profile is a pleasant mild grapefruit with notes of minerality and lime. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This is a very good value Sauvignon Blanc that will be quite a crowd pleaser at your parties. I would pair it with spring rolls. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Inviting tropical fruit and citrus aromas lead to fresh flavors of pineapple, lemon-lime, mango and green fig, supported by a solid acidity. Herbal undertones shine through on the mineral-tinged finish of this easy drinking, food friendly Sauvignon Blanc.
