Wine Review: This pale white gold opens with an inviting ripe honeydew melon and Bartlett pear bouquet with hints of clementine, marzipan and lavender. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and velvety. The flavor profile is tasty ripe honeydew melon and pear blend with hints faint lime, gentle minerality, and white tea. The finish is dry and subtle. The Panel suggested pairing this Soave with baked brie, baked stuffed lobster, or oysters. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: On the nose there is the nectar of field flowers such as chamomile, elderflower, iris. Mineral on the palate with a finish of almond, typical of classic Garganega. It matches well with risotto, white fish, sushi or salads.
