Wine Review: This golden yellow colored Soave is a steal for $15. It opens with a wet stone and Bosc pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mild mineral infused almond with notes of lemon verbena and a hint of lime. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This wine is a real quaffer and would be a perfect glass pour option. It is very food friendly and would pair well with steamed mussel, grilled swordfish and chicken along with mushroom risotto. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Light yellow color. Elegant nose of sweet field flowers: chamomile, elder flower, iris. Mineral on the palate with sweet almond on the finish. RECOMMENDED with risotto and white fish, raw fish and salads.
