Wine Review: This straw yellow colored Riesling opens with a very mild citrus bouquet with a hint of anise. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and a touch lively. The flavor profile is a gentle lime and mild green apple. There is also a touch of minerality as well. The finish is dry and nicely cleans the palate. I would pair Good dry Riesling with a Monte cristo sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
