Wine Review: We are not sure exactly who the winemakers are for this wine, but it was made with wine from Bedrock, Carlisle, Turley, Ridge and Biale. Not sure who oversaw the blending but each winery donated the same amount. That is what we know about the process. As for the wine, it is dark red colored and opens with a mulberry and red currant bouquet with hints of leather and roasted red pepper. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, soft and approachable. The flavor profile is black cherry and raspberry with notes of Captain Morgan. We also detected hints of oak, black pepper and raisin. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for a while. The Panel suggested pairing this Zin with Dom's steak tips or Bolognese. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: You actually can not buy this wine. It was given to attendee's at the event and included in their ticket price or attendee's bought extra. I posted it because I thought the whole concept was cool.
