Wine Review: This pale salmon colored wine from Hill Family opens with a mild wild strawberry and tangerine bouquet with some floral hints and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with very bright acidity. We also thought it was round and juicy. The flavor profile is gentle mineral and tangerine blend with hints of honeydew melon, lime and saline. The finish is dry and drifts away nicely. The Panel would pair this Rose with melon and prosciutto or soft creamy cheeses. Enjoy – KWGTP
