Wine Review: This is an appealing, uncomplicated Cabernet Sauvignon. It's a deep garnet color and has aromas of black raspberry, black plum and tomato leaf, highlighted with some vanilla and spice notes. On the palate, it is medium bodied, with mouthwatering medium acidity and it is balanced and dry. There are flavors of ripe blackberry, cassis, vanilla and caramel, along with some baking spice in the mid-palate. The finish is moderate in length, with dusty tannins and a bit of graphite. It would go great with a mushroom burger on your grill. - Mark
