Wine Review: This pale straw colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with an attractive and fragrant grapefruit bouquet with hints of orange blossom. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a very tasty gentle grapefruit with nicely integrated lime. We also detected a hint of ripe Bosc pear. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This is a very food friendly Sauvignon Blanc. We would suggest pairing it with a grilled swordfish steak smothered with a mango salsa. Enjoy – Ken
