Wine Review: This almost pale colored Torrontes opens with a fragrant ripe peach and tangerine bouquet with a hint of pineapple in the background. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, viscous and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe tangerine with notes of peach, lime, and minerality. I also detected a hint of white pepper and lychee. The finish is dry and is flavors are nicely prolonged. This wine would pair well with broiled sea scallops. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This refreshing Torrontes is a pale yellow with shades of green, with a delicate fruity aroma and a note of freshly mown grass. We suggest chilling in the fridge before serving, then sipping it with friends or pairing it with mild cheeses and simple seafood dishes.
