Wine Review: This very pale white gold colored Riesling opens with a mild pineapple and wet slate bouquet with hints of ginger. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, very nicely balanced, delicate and round. The flavor profile is a delicious stony mineral and pineapple blend with notes of green apple and Anjou pear. We also detected hints of lime, pink grapefruit and peach. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. The Panel would pair this very good “Reserve Dry” Riesling with baked Dover sole, crab cakes or ceviche. Enjoy – KWGTP

A brilliant, tangy nose heralds a burst of stone fruit and citrus zest on the palate.
