Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a pleasant mild Bosc pear and light lemon bouquet with some hints of honeysuckle. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, nicely balanced and dry. The flavor profile is a gentle mineral infused Anjou pear with hints of lime and quince. The finish is dry and nicely glides away. This Riesling is very food friendly. I would pair it with a lemony shrimp risotto. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our signature Riesling is vibrant and aromatic. Fragrant essence of spring blossoms sets the stage for a succulent palate of early fruit, balanced with a refreshing crispness, revealing the true qualities of the Riesling grape. A brilliant texture carries into a long, lingering finish, in a wine that accommodates a wide range of food.
