Wine Review: This straw colored Dry Riesling from the Finger Lakes in New York is wonderful. It has a delicate bouquet of orange blossom, delicious apple and wet slate. It is sturdy, with a medium body, fine acidity and is lightly fruity. Its flavors are golden apple, stone fruit and a hint of lemon. There is integrated minerality throughout as well. The finish is steely dry and lingers nicely. I enjoyed Dry Riesling this with Pad Thai noodles with shrimp. – Mark
