Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Riesling opens with a mild orange peel bouquet with a hint of clove honey. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and packed with flavor. Those flavors are a very tasty lemon and tangerine blend with a hint of tea and grapefruit. The finish is semi-dry and nicely refreshing. The panel would suggest pairing this wine with ham and lemon meringue pie. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: An Alsatian style late harvest wine exhibiting the apricots and honey flavors of botrytised fruit. This wine is rich, and full bodied with delicately balanced sugar and acid. Though a late harvest style, this wine is a beautiful companion with food.
