Wine Review: This slightly opaque colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a faint black currant bouquet with a hint of cherry vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and juicy. The flavor profile is a black currant and oak blend with notes minerality. I also detected hints of espresso and cocoa. The finish dry and its moderate tannins are very nicely prolonged. This Cab would pair well with a juicy Angus burger. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Deep ruby color with intense hue. Layered with dark fruits, blackberry, plum and cassis on the nose. Oak is well integrated with hints of vanilla and subtle roasted coffee notes. Lush and firm. The fine integrated tannins display a long finish.
