Wine Review: This straw yellow colored wine opens with a wet stone and Anjou pear like bouquet with a hint of ginger. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and viscous. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Anjou pear with notes of white pepper and a hint of green apple. The finish is dry and rather pleasant and friendly. This wine is a perfect wine for a clambake. Serve it with for steamers or mussels with drawn butter. Yum! - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Clear citric colour. Intense aroma showing orange blossom and fresh cut grass with notes of white plum and grapefruit. The palate is creamy and full with delicate citric flavours and a fresh and persistent finish. Serve with avocado prawns, scallop salad, chicken dishes, and grilled stone bass.
