Wine Review: This light yellow colored wine opens with a ripe Anjou pear bouquet with a hint of white grapes and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied and shows crisp mild acidity and some roundness. The flavor profile is a Granny Smith apple and Anjou Pear blend with notes of minerality and spice throughout. The finish is dry and clean. Pair this food friendly and affordable white with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Colour: Cristal clear, citric colour. Aroma: Very fruity and aromatic. Palate: Intense flavour, elegant and balanced.
