Wine Review: This opaque and dark purple colored wine opens with a blueberry and red currant bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a fruit forward mild black raspberry and red currant blend with hints of strawberry and oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins build slightly and drift away nicely. This wine would pair well with a herb encrusted pork tenderloin. Enjoy – Ken
