Wine Review: This white gold colored Pinot Gris opens with a Bartlett pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly sweet and savory. The flavor profile is a ripe Bartlett pear and red apple blend with hints of minerality and white pepper. The finish is off-dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. This wine would be a good aperitif to open your party with and serve with spring rolls. Enjoy – Ken
