Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Gewurztraminer opens with an attractive peach bouquet with hints of lychee and orange. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a pleasant lychee with notes of mild minerality and gentle peach. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This wine would pair well with Chinese food.
