Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling from Alsace is a classic dry-styled offering. It opens with a fragrant green pear and lime bouquet with a hint of bees wax. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with notes of white pear and Anjou pear. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for a little while. This Riesling would pair well with spring rolls. Enjoy - Ken
