Wine Review: This light yellow colored Gewurz opens with a lychee and ginger like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a blend of lychee and gentle yellow grapefruit with hints of tangerine, honey and spice. The finish is off-dry and its flavors linger nicely.
