Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Martha’s Vineyard opens with a black currant and gentle graphite bouquet with a hint of blueberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, wonderfully balanced, and very smooth. The flavor profile is very tasty red plum and red currant blend with notes of graphite. The finish is dry and its refined tannins drift away nicely. This Excellent Cab is still drinking beautifully. The Panel would pair it with a filet mignon at your favorite steak house. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The Palate expresses a perfect balance of flavor and texture. The structure speaks to a wine that could age for a century, but with the polished tannins and freshness of a wine that could be enjoyed today. It is a wine full of balance and unique, almost mysterious qualities, Martha's Vineyard is a true Napa Valley icon. This vintage confirms that testament.
