Wine Review: This almost clear colored Spatlese level Riesling from the Mosel region is a very good value. It opens with a mild petrol and pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth, round and pleasantly sweet. The flavor profile is peach and pineapple blend with notes of ripe Bosc pear. There is hint of candied apricot towards the end. The finish is sweet and fades away nicely. This good value Riesling is a very nice option to consider after a meal to sip on. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: An elegant Riesling that offers a palate of different stone and tree fruit notes such as peach and apricot. Luscious and full-bodied with a long and fresh finish. An ideal dinner Riesling and also can be enjoyed with riper, aged cheeses and spicy cuisine due to its enhanced complexity.
