Wine Review: This dark yellow colored wine opens with a fragrant pineapple and wet stone bouquet with a hint of honey and pear. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, rich and round. The flavor profile is a honey and green apple blend with notes of lime and ginger. I also detected a hint of almond as well. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This white blend is very good and would pair well with lobster and bacon mac n' cheese. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our 2016 Three Sister's White wine is a stunning composition of aromas and flavors. The Grenache Blanc component essentially functions as a framework, but contributes alluring secondary notes. and clean minerality in the wine. The flamboyant barrel-fermented Viognier is countered on the palate by the substantiate percentage of Picpoul Blanc, which provides this blend with fantastic acidity throughout. Even at a scant 1%, the Roussanne lends a degree of weight to the mid-palate giving it a more opulent mouthfeel. We hope you enjoy drinking this wine as much as we enjoyed making it!
