Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Pinot Grigio from Hawk Haven is impressive. It opens with a fragrant lime and ginger bouquet. On the palate, this wine is nicely balanced and has a round mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a ripe lemon-lime with hints of ginger, saline and fine grained minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. I would pair this very good Pinot Grigio with swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken
