Wine Review: This almost clear colored Gewurztraminer from Cape May opens with a mild lychee bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and round. The flavor profile is a blend of lychee and fine minerality along with a hint of orange. The finish is dry and refreshing. This is a real quaffer of a wine. My sister Sheri will like this wine when she visits this summer. Enjoy – Ken
