Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Chardonnay from Cape May opens with quite an inviting lemon, pear, and oak bouquet. On the palate, it is medium bodied and well-balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty lemon and Bartlett pear blend with notes of oak. I also detected some hints of butter cream. The finish is dry and flavors linger nicely. I would pair this very good Chard with lobster drizzled with butter on a toasted roll. Enjoy – Ken
