Wine Review: This almost clear colored Chardonnay does display a tint of white gold. It opens with a faint green pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, elegant and subtle. The flavor profile is a gentle mild apple with hints of pear, honeydew melon and a kiss of oak in the end. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and drift away nicely. This Chard would pair well with broiled scallops with a lemon butter sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Colour: Brilliant pale straw Bouquet: Intense aromatics of melon and white peach, combined with notes of spicy oak. Palate: Fresh and lively, with rich flavors of peach, stone fruit and lemon zest. The palate is creamy and textured and has delicate sweetness from oak complexity. Generous length. Food: Enjoy with seafood, chicken or pasta dishes.
