Wine Review: This pale coral colored wine from the Languedoc region of France opens with a faint watermelon and red cherry bouquet with hints of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a stony minerality and mild nectarine blend with notes of lime and watermelon. I also detected some hints of white tea and a dash of white pepper. The finish is dry and refreshing. Everyone that tried this wine liked it. I would pair it with the beach or a boat ride on a hot summer day. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: We believe that the best rosés come from France. We teamed up with renowned winemaker, Gérard Bertrand, to create our award-winning fresh and easy to drink rosé wine. The wine is fresh and lively, with soft notes of strawberry, and citrus; a beautiful, long finish. Our sleek, beautifully designed bottle makes for the perfect party accessory, table decor and gift. The glass cap requires no bottle opener, and the bespoke strawberry bottom is a nod to the tasting notes.
