Wine Review: This white gold colored Gewurztraminer is very impressive. It opens with a fragrant and appealing apricot and lychee bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and slightly sweet. The flavor profile is a delicious ripe pear with notes of lychee. I also detected hints of minerality, fig and quince. The finish is semi-sweet and its flavors linger and last for quite a while. This Excellent Gewurz would pair well with chicken lo-mein. Enjoy – Ken
