Wine Review: This dark ruby colored kitchen sink blend from Sonoma County is very good. It opens with a black cherry, black plum and chocolate cookie bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a chalky mineral, black cherry, and black plum blend with notes of smoky oak. I also detected hints of black currant and black licorice. The finish is dry, and its mild tannins and flavors fade away nicely. This is a very nice and food friendly wine that was enjoyed by all that tried it. We would pair it with your favorite burger. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Lush layers of ripe berries with hints of toasted oak are displayed in this vibrant Bordeaux-inspired red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Juicy red fruit, black currants and tobacco come together in this medium-bodied wine. The silky tannins, hints of oak and cedar, and elegant structure finish deliver a real crowd-pleaser. Balanced and smooth, this wine can be enjoyed on its own or paired with wood-fired pizza, backyard burgers or myriad cuisines.
