Wine Review: This pinkish orange colored wine opens with a strawberry and watermelon bouquet with a hint of flint. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, yet smooth and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused mild strawberry with notes of red cherry and watermelon. I also detected some white pepper throughout. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would serve this Rose chilled with shrimp scampi. Enjoy – Ken
