Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a mild lemon bouquet with hints of pear and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, lively and crisp. The flavor profile is a tart lemon with notes of Anjou pear and mild new oak in the background. I also detected a touch of toffee as well. The finish is dry and it's rather refreshing. This Chard would pair well with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Bursting with aromas and flavors of fresh meyer lemon, key lime, clementine, Asian pear and tropical fruit, with a touch of toffee and cream. Round and smooth mouthfeel with considerable weight and depth, balanced by crisp acidity and complex minerality that lead into to a long, vibrant finish.
