Wine Review: The ruby colored Zinfandel opens with a black raspberry and old leather bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty mild plum with notes of gentle minerality. The finish is dry and its mild tannins and flavors linger and last for quite some time. The Zin is not your typical fruit bomb. Instead is very food friendly and would pair perfectly with veal scaloppini. Enjoy – Ken
