Wine Review: This almost clear colored wine opens with a flint and gooseberry like bouquet with notes of green pepper. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic, and sharp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused mild grapefruit with hints of green pepper and tangerine. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. The panel suggested that with wine would pair well with bacon wrapped scallops or cherrystones. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: A vibrant combination of fresh basil and spicy tomato leaves, tossed with tangy nashi pear and mandarin, sprinkled with a little lemon zest. A highly perfumed wine with blossom-like floral aromas and a subtle flintiness that alludes to an underlying core of minerality. A mouth-watering, refreshing style with a deliciously crisp, yet luscious finish.
