Wine Review: Do you like dry styled Riesling? If so, you should try some from Alsace, France. This wine is a good example of their style. This pale yellow colored wine opens with a mild peach like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, balanced, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a nicely integrated mineral infused green apple with hints of tangerine. The finish is dry, food friendly, and approachable. Our mini tasting group suggested pairing this with pecan chicken. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Remy produces exciting wines of great purity and expression due to the soil from which they come. These wines are food friendly and have no residual sugar with the exception of his late harvest and selection de grains nobles of amazing complexity.
