Wine Review: This translucent and dark red colored Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara County opens with a black cherry and blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth and friendly. The flavor profile is black cherry and black plum blend with hints of red beet and vanilla cream soda in the after taste. The finish is dry, and its flavors fade away nicely. This well-priced and easy to drink Pinot will be well received by many. I would pair this Pinot with a pork loin with Pinot Noir sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This Santa Barbara Pinot Noir shines with fresh raspberries, cola and cherry liqueur. The palate is silky and the acidity youthful. Fresh plum, cherry and licorice carry lightly toasted oak spices through the long finish. A clean, balanced style Pinot Noir.
