Wine Review: This light pink colored wine opens with a pleasant light watermelon bouquet with a hint of slate and red cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and easy to drink. The flavor profile is tasty gentle mineral infused strawberry with hints of lime and green apple. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Rose is food friendly and would pair nicely with fresh sliced salmon and dill creme fraiche on a toasted baguette slice. Enjoy – Ken
