Wine Review: Lots of medium sized bubbles in a very pale copper color wine in the glass. The bouquet is a bit shy, with aromas of red cherry and vanilla. It is quite frothy on the palate, light bodied, crisp plus acidity, with a polished and slightly creamy mouthfeel. There are flavors of lemon and red raspberry, chamomile tea and stony minerality. The finish is bright and long. It would go well with pan fried crab cakes. - Mark
