Wine Review: This pale straw color colored sparkler opens with a steady stream of tiny bubbles. On the nose, we detected bread dough and citrus notes along with golden delicious apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, bright, refreshing and mildly acidic. The flavor profile features yeasty notes with notes of lemon square, pear, and golden delicious apple. We also detected hints of ginger ale and some pleasant minerality on the dry and lengthy finish. We would pair this crowd-pleasing sparker with oysters, ceviche, or baked scallops. Karen & Stuart
