Wine Review: This Sparkling Wine is pale salmon colored with hints of coral. It displays lots of tiny streaming bubbles. It features a bouquet of faint strawberry and crushed seashells with hints of raspberry cream and lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, soft, delicate, and slightly creamy. The flavor profile is mild strawberry and gentle stony minerality blend with notes of faint maraschino cherry. We also detected hints of ginger ale, raspberry, and a splash of grenadine. The finish is dry and its flavors and pleasant acidity drifts away nicely. We would pair this Rose sparkler with a poached salmon recipe with a lemon garlic butter sauce or with California rolls. Enjoy – Ken & Rick

Winemaker Notes: Aromas of strawberry meringue and fresh blueberries make up this Rosé’s bouquet. On the palate, there are notes of black cherry, cranberry, and raspberry lemonade. This medium bodied sparkler coats the tongue with red fruit and has a wonderful delicate mousse. Pair with caramelized scallops.
