Wine Review: This pale straw colored unoaked Chardonnay opens with a musty green apple and kiwi bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a spiced Anjou pear with notes of clove and almond. I also detected a hint of fig. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing for a Chard. I would pair this wine with a chicken and wild mushroom ravioli with a light butter cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The Glass Collection Chardonnay has a bright and brilliant colour, with a slight green hue. The wine has complex aromas of citrus, papaya, melon and pear. On the palate, it displays a beautiful, round and comforting texture with wonderful length and intense fruit complexity.
