Wine Review: This pleasant South African Cabernet Sauvignon is a good value. It is a dark purple colored and has a bouquet of blackberry, dark cherry, cigar box and floral notes. It is smooth, full bodied, has decent structure and is nicely complex. Flavors of black currant, cherry, chocolate and coffee. The finish, while slightly bitter and lingers with chewy tannins. I would pair this Cab with a nice roast lamb. - Mark
