Wine Review: This dark pink Rose from Oregon is very good and was well received by all that tried it. It opens mild wet stone and strawberry bouquet with hints of red cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and approachable. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused strawberry with notes of mild nectarine and a hint of tangerine. The finish is dry and refreshing, This Rose is food friendly and would pair very nicely shrimp scampi. Enjoy - Ken
