Wine Review: This pale gold colored Auslese level Riesling opens with a fragrant pineapple and ginger bouquet with hints of petrol and honeycomb. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, pleasantly sweet, smooth and viscous. The flavor profile is a blend of ripe apricot and orange marmalade with notes of ginger, pineapple and lemon. We also detected hints of honey and herbal tea in the background. The Panel suggested pairing this Riesling with a lemon chiffon cake or a pear tart. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Typical Devonian slate Riesling with fruity elegance and great durability. Big and rich wine with ripe peach and pear on the nose, honeyed, citrus and mineral aromas. Clean and pure, distinctive character. Very long finish.
