Wine Review: From the south of France, this blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault is a bright and refreshing warm spring day in a bottle. In the glass, it is a pale salmon pink color with a bouquet of red raspberry, strawberry, light cedar, and orange blossom. On the palate, it's dry and the red fruit continues, with brisk plus acidity, a medium-minus body. There are flavors of strawberry, mild red raspberry, peach, orange zest and some integrated minerality. The finish has some subtle tannins and lasts quite a while. It would pair well with a shrimp, avocado and crisp greens salad with a lemon vinaigrette. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: The robe shows a soft, pale, brilliant pink with bluish tints developing over time towards more orangey nuances. The bouquet releases aromas of summer fruits, cassis, and redcurrant Floral notes of rose along with hints of grapefruit complete the picture. On the palate the impression is fresh and full, with great aromatic persistence and balance. The finish is fresh, offering notes of candy. Pair with shellfish and subtly spiced dishes.
