Wine Review: A Rose version of the French Nouveau Beaujolais, this fun sipper is a medium salmon pink color, and has bright strawberry, orange peel, light watermelon and some white florals in the bouquet. It has mouthwatering medium-plus acidity and a light body and is quite dry. I found flavors of white cherry, ruby grapefruit, saline and white pepper. There were citrus and green herb notes in the moderate finish. Pair with broiled halibut with herb butter. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: Crisp, fresh and thirst-quenching, Beaujolais Nouveau Rose has notes of white peach and citrus. Perfect to serve as an aperitif with fresh fruit and cheese or with a slice of pie for dessert.
