Wine Review: Very dark ruby. This wine opens with a very inviting strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and displays very mild fruit flavors. Those flavors are a gentle plum with hints of strawberry. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are a sticky and linger. This is a good everyday red. I would pair it with a juicy bacon burger to offset the tannins. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A Sparkling carmine color. Beautiful floral scents of peony, violet and iris perfectly illustrate the definition of the Fleurie appellation. This is smooth with fine and elegant tannins.
